We’re looking for a driven Senior Account Executive, who is ready for a challenge in a fast-paced agency environment. We need someone who cares about both quality and innovation; someone who loves executing innovative projects across a whole range of formats and contributing to strategy.

Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts, implementing efficient project management including the creation of timelines, maintenance of internal and client-facing status reports, development of call agendas & summary notes
Become point of contact for accounts, leading client calls & liaising with clients via email, with support from senior client services team
Manage own workload and deadlines, in discussion with the team, with clear communication at all times
Liaise with HCPs, freelancers, third party suppliers, and the wider Camino team
Support cross-functional team to develop a wide range of deliverables including slide decks, websites, infographics, videos, eLearning, etc
Support wider client services team with the financial management of key accounts including drafting budgets, financial tracking, forecasting and invoicing
Support senior team to plan and resource accounts effectively (including writers, account handlers, designers etc), ensuring the full team has clarity on their roles, and ultimately the work is delivered on time and according to the brief
Support organic growth of existing client accounts in collaboration with the wider team by identifying and scoping new projects and opportunities to expand our footprint
Contribute to business development activities, including supporting the development of proposals and pitches
Suggest ideas for improvements and innovation on projects and deliverables in terms of formats, content and process
Start to contribute to the growth and development of the client services team and wider business
At least 1 year working in a medical communication agency or similar environment
Experience with a range of project types and therapy areas
Ideally familiar with working across UK domestic, European and Global accounts
Working knowledge of key industry codes of practice and healthcare systems
No formal requirements for academic qualifications
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence building relationships in both face-to-face and virtual environments
